Information you enter
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, event type, preferred date and time, party size, location, and optional comments. Share only the information needed to discuss your event. Dietary preferences can be discussed without providing a medical history.
Sending your inquiry
Send inquiry submits your details by HTTPS POST to Foundrly at https://api.getfoundrly.com/api/ndf/leads, where the inquiry is stored for NDF to respond. Your event is not booked until NDF confirms it. Your browser may separately offer autofill or restore page contents.
You can review and edit your details before pressing Send inquiry. If you use a browser assistant to fill the form, that assistant’s own privacy settings also apply.
Contacting NDF
If you send an email or call, you provide your information directly to NDF and the communication providers involved. Your inquiry gives the team the details needed to respond about availability, menus, dietary preferences, and event arrangements. Sending an event inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Hosting and website access
The live site is hosted on Amazon S3 and CloudFront; a preview copy may also be available through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requests, and sign-in information to deliver and protect the site. These services have their own privacy terms. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for its practices.
The website uses Foundrly to receive inquiry and VIP submissions. Its application code does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Images and fonts are served with the site. This does not mean that hosting or authentication services operate without logs or cookies.
VIP requests and press video
The VIP signup form collects your name and email address, with an optional phone number. It submits these details by HTTPS POST to the same Foundrly endpoint, https://api.getfoundrly.com/api/ndf/leads, with the request identified as VIP. The NDF team will confirm your signup. No Google sign-in or account is required. Press videos are locally hosted MP4 files that autoplay, subject to browser and reduced-motion preferences; they are not YouTube embeds.
Retention and your choices
Submitted inquiries and VIP requests are stored through Foundrly for NDF. You can edit or clear fields before submitting. Submitted information, correspondence, and hosting records are governed by NDF and the relevant providers’ retention practices; this website does not specify a retention period for those records.
For information sent to NDF, contact the team to ask about access, correction, deletion, or retention. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. Requests concerning hosting or account information should be directed to the relevant provider through its privacy channels.
